For some entertainment that still falls within a college budget- see a movie! Not just any movie, Slum Dog Millionaire is one of the best films I've seen in a long time. It's as good as, if not better than, Crash. The story of a boy, Jamal, who grew up in the slums of Mumbai, India. He becomes a contestant on India's version of "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire," and throughout his experience he shares his past leading up to that point. An mesmeric, emotional, and challenging life that he and his brother endured from their early childhood. This story of brotherhood, love, and survival is an engaging masterpiece and a must-see film.
